Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available with prior approval depending on availability.
Are pets allowed at Coalhaven Retreat?
Yes! Pets are allowed with prior approval for $15 per pet, per day (up to 4 pets total). Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and any pet-related damages.
How close are you to the Hatfield-McCoy Trails?

What amenities are included?
Guests enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, high-speed internet, central heat and air, washer and dryer with detergent, linens, smart TVs, fire pit, fenced-in yard, charcoal grill, and plenty of on-site parking for trucks and trailers.
Is there room to park trucks, trailers, and ATVs?

What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?
Cancellations made at least 45 days prior to your check-in date will receive a full refund.
Is smoking allowed at the property?
No. Smoking is not permitted inside or near the home. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged if smoke is detected in the home.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, all bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay.
Is there a place to wash off ATVs or gear after riding?
Yes, there are nearby locations offering ATV wash services, along with gas stations and repair shops within a short drive.
